Dear colleagues,

(Apologies for cross-posting)

The University of Delaware's School of Education is seeking applicants for a tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the area of Literacy with a focus on English Language Learners. Applicants should have an earned doctorate in education or a related field with a focus on literacy and ELL students, and should be well informed about evidence-based instructional practices for these students, including practices that minimize the risks for literacy-related problems.

Please see the attached announcement, which includes contact details (not me -- I'm just passing on the good news that we're hiring an ELL specialist in the School of Ed!).

Separately, the English Language Institute is searching for three full-time continuing non-tenure faculty (just like me!) at the instructor or assistant professor rank. Details for those jobs are here: http://sites.udel.edu/eli/about/faculty/esl-faculty-positions/

Please consider applying or share with your colleagues (and former graduate students). UD is an excellent employer, and both programs (Education and the ELI) are highly regarded and growing.
