SSLW 2013 will be held October 17-21, 2013 at Shandong University, Jinan, China. 

The Call for Proposals will be issued soon.

Here is the tentative timeline:

Proposal Deadline: June 1, 2013

Notification of Acceptance: July 15, 2013
